Boerne ISD joins school districts nationwide in acknowledging the vital role school principals play in the success of our education system.

October is National Principals Month and Boerne ISD is pleased to recognize its campus leaders: Eddie Ashley, Champion High School; Natalie Farber, Boerne High School; Georgia Franks, Middle School South; Beto Hinojosa, Fabra Elementary; Tommy Hungate, Middle School North; Ellie Maxwell, Cibolo Creek Elementary; Jamie Robinson, Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary; Tanya Tate, Curington Elementary; and Marshay Wolff, Kendall Elementary.

National studies show that leadership is second only to instruction among school-based factors that influence student achievement.  National Principals Month recognizes the essential role that principals play in making a school great.

National Principals Month is marked by national and state resolutions supporting the event, as well as acknowledgements from top government officials. However, the most important National Principals Month celebrations are the ones that take place in schools and communities across the country.
