Boerne Outdoor Academy (BOA)

What is BOA?

Boerne Outdoor Academy began with one campus with 75 students in 1997 and has increased to include more than 550 fifth grade students from our five elementary campuses.

Boerne Outdoor Academy allows elementary school students -- along with parent volunteers and a team of high school student leaders -- to learn through experience in the unique Hill Country setting of the H.E. Butt Foundation Camp.  The three-day BOA experience includes hiking, canoeing, water study, crafts, team building, and so much more.
